Misty Mountain Reserve

Tucked between the imposing Tsitsikamma Mountains and the crashing Indian Ocean, Misty Mountain Reserve is an eco-luxury sanctuary along the Garden Route. It captures the essence of the wild — from the stillness of a misty morning walk through an indigenous forest to the quiet magic of stargazing at night.

You will stay in exclusive Ocean View Lodges or premium Tented Suites, designed to blur the line between indoor comfort and the outdoors. This is a place where the warmth of a post-hike fire replaces screen time, and authentic hospitality grounds you. It is a nature-based retreat designed not just to host you, but to help you disconnect from the noise and feel something real.

The Adventure

We believe the best training facility has no walls. Your day begins on the open-air deck with structured functional strength and conditioning sessions designed to build real-world capability. As the day warms up, the gym expands into the wild.

From adrenaline-fueled forest quad biking and coastal hikes to the iconic Storms River suspension bridge, we use the landscape as our playground. We end each day with guided mobility flows, undoing the tightness of modern life and preparing your system for deep, restorative sleep.
